    AnnotationThe paper describes a new standard system of cationic buffers for the measurement of pKas and ionic mobilities of weak bases by capillary zone electrophoresis in presence of a constant concentration chloride present as a counterion. The set of measurements is performed under constant ionic strength and under constant Joule heating. The reliability and advantages of the used system of buffers are verified by the measurement of the above given quantities of pyridine and a group of amines that are known to cause interaction problems.
