Analyzuje podmínky, za nichž bylo uskutečněno přenesení biskupství v Olomouci mezi lety 1131–1141 a důvody výstavby na svou dobu v celé Evropě mimořádně progresivního stavebního komplexu při katedrále, sdružujícího biskupskou residenci s domem kapituly. Pozornost je věnována i dalším fundacím, už středověkou tradicí spojovaným s biskupem Jindřichem. Description in English The study follows Jindřich Zdík, a distinguished bishop from Olomouc of the Romanesque period, who was an remarkable builder and initiator of prominent foundations of their time. A transfer of the bishop´s residence of Olomouc has occured between 1131 and 1141 and the text analyses conditions under which it was executed. Moreover, it examines reasons for building a complex attached to the cathedral, which merged episcopal residency with the capitular house and was, at that time in the whole of Europe, exceptionally progressive. The attention is also given to other establishments connected to the bishop Jindřich.
