    AnnotationThe study has been aimed at identifying the transition of the hydrated crystalline form ZrO2.nH2O into a gel. Evidence of the gel form existence has been based on different water content in the gel and in the crystalline oxide using desorption isotherm of the water vapour and microhardness testing.
