Atlas fytobentosu je zpracován ve formě CD v programu Explorer, kde je možné pro tento účel využít názorných barevných fotografií a interaktivních odkliků. Využití je směřováno nejen na rutinní užití v praxi na podnicích povodí, na zdravotních ústavech, v laboratořích vodárenských společností, vhodný je však i pro výuku na univerzitách. Atlas obsahuje 214 dobře určitelných, běžnějších a pokud možno ekologicky dobře definovatelných taxonů z fytobentosu. Description in English We have created Atlas of phytobenthos in Czech language, which currently does not exist. Atlas of phytobenthos is processed in the form of a CD in the Explorer program, where it is possible for this purpose, use of visual color photographs and interactive clicks. Atlas contains 214 well-identifiable, more common and, if possible, ecologically well-defined taxa of phytobenthos. Use of CD is directed not only to routine determination in practice but is also suitable for teaching at universities.
