    AnnotationA photoinduced phase transitions and helix untwisting in new liquid crystalline compounds consisting of a cinnamoyl photosensitive fragment with C=C double bond capable of photoisomerisation and photocycloaddition were studied in detail after their irradiation by UV light. An extreme decrease of all phase transition temperatures was observed.
