Publikovaný dokument přibližuje detailním způsobem zrod a průběh celé kontroverze, vzniklé mezi prvním československým premiérem K. Kramářem a ministrem zahraničí. E. Beneš sepsal své memorandum, adresované prezidentu T. G. Masarykovi, 6. května 1921. Rekapituluje v něm mj. vzájemnou spolupráci obou politiků v Paříži, kritizuje Kramářovu proruskou politickou orientaci i přílišnou angažovanost v intervenční politice. Originál písemnosti je uložen v Archivu Kanceláře prezidenta republiky.

Published document brings in details the creation and progress of the whole controversy between the first Czechoslovak Prime Minister K. Kramář and Foreign Minister. E. Beneš wrote his memorandum, addressed to President T. G. Masaryk, on May 6, 1921. He summarized, among others, cooperation between the two politicians in Paris, criticized Kramář´s pro-Russian political orientation and excessive involvement in the intervention policy. The original document is stored in the Archives of the Office of the President of the Republic.
