AnnotationCytostatics had a significant impact on histone modifications of the c-myc and CCND1 genes that are prognostically important for multiple myeloma (MM). Genome-wide analysis showed that cytostatics such as Melphalan increased H3K9 acetylation at some gene promoters in selected MM cell lines.
