    AnnotationHuntington disease is a fatal dominantly inherited neurodegenerative disease caused by the expansion of polyCAG stretch in gene coding ubiquitous huntingtin protein(htt). Selectively striatal neuronal loss followed by degemeration of cortex and other brain and non. neuronal regions occur in HD, but the function of mutated htt is not yet fully defined. The aim of this study is to develop porcine in vitro neuronal model that recapitulates major pathogenic steps in HD and would be much easily accessible than human cells and much closer to those primate origin that the rodent one
