    AnnotationCollisional momentum and energy transport in bi-Maxwellian plasmas with a drift velocity along the ambient magnetic field are calculated from both the Fokker-Planck and Boltzmann integral approximations. The transport coefficients obtained from the two approaches are identical to the leading order (proportional to the Coulomb logarithm) and are presented here in a closed form involving generalized double hypergeometric functions.
