Boj proti soudobým formám pirátství, které se vyskytují dnes především u pobřeží Somálska, vyvolává celou řadu mezinárodněprávních otázek. Článek se zaměřuje na současnou kodifikaci mořského práva vzhledem k pirátství, jmenuje rezoluce Rady bezpečnosti OSN, týkající se zajištění bezpečnosti v pobřežních a mezinárodních vodách u břehů Somálska.
Description in English
The fight against the current forms of piracy which take mostly place at the coast of Somalia brings about many questions related to International Law. The article focuses on the current codification of Maritime Law in relation to piracy and it states the resolutions of the UN Security Council concerning security ensurance in coastal and international waters at the coast of Somalia.
