    AnnotationIn this contribution the whole cells of Candida strains were separated and detected by CIEF with UV detection in the pH gradient in the pH range 2.0 - 3.3 and 3.3-4.7 or the lysates of their outer membrane by gel IEF or by CIEF (pH range 3-10), respectively. The strains of yeast were identified on the basis of the differences between their isoelectric points or characteristic fingerprints of their lysates.
