AnnotationArticle deals with determination of properties of elasto-plastic materials. Elasto-plastic constitutive parameters of the material are identified in three following steps. The first one is full-field optical measurement of the strain field on the sample surface using a CCD camera of high-resolution.The images are then processed in Matlab Image Processing Toolbox. Displacement values and Poisson´s ratio are computed using an optical identification procedure. From the computed strains and recorded values of the applied load the stress-strain diagram is obtained.
