Description in English Balb/C mice were immunized with17-beta-estradiol. Hybridomas producing monoclonal antibody BES_2H11F1 was prepared using the regular hybridoma technology. The MoAbs recognize unique epitope on 17-beta-estradiol molecule under the conditions of ELISA, Western blotting. They represent valuable and unique tools for the detection of 17-beta-estradiol.
