Annotation	We describe here the use of human endothelial cell-based in vitro assays for the detection of anti-inflammatory, anti-tumoral, anti-metastatic and wound-healing metabolites. Above assays were used for screening of bioactive substances produced by cyanobacteria of the genus Nostoc
