Autor v přehledu vychází ze základních legislativních dokumentů, tedy ze Sbírky zákonů a Sbírky mezinárodních smluv, uvádí typy sledovaných dokumentů, které jsou nositeli právních norem. Studie monitoruje stav a vývoj legislativy ČR na základě vybraných kvantitativních ukazatelů.

The author´s survey is based on the basic legislative documents, i.e. the Collection of Laws and the Collection of Treaties. The author states types of surveyed documents which give rise to legal rules. The study monitors the state and development of the Czech Republic legislation on the basis of selected quantitative indexes.
