Sekvenční analýza mitochondriálního genu cytochrom b prokázala výskyt jediné linie (L_I) na území ČR a SR. Pro území Chorvatska a Ruska byly identifikovány značně odlišné linie L_II, resp. L_V, kterým by mohla být přisouzena druhová úroveň. Prozatím jsme jedince z těchto oblastí označili termínem Alburnoides sp. Fylogram sestrojený čtyřmi statistickými metodami (NJ/MP/ML/BI) rozdělil zkoumané jedince do pěti monofyletických skupin většinou se silnými bootstrap podporami a posterior probabilitami: L_I (A. bipunctatus, oblast Francie, ČR a SR), L_II (Alburnoides sp., oblast Chorvatska), L_III (A. bipunctatus ohridanus – poddruhové označení z databáze GenBank, oblast Řecka), L_IV (A. bipunctatus strymonicus – poddruhové označení z databáze GenBank, oblast Řecka) a L_V (Alburnoides sp., oblast Ruska). Description in English Analyses of 16 specimens taken from eight localities in the sea-drainage areas of the Baltic, Black, and North Sea have yielded the following preliminary results. Sequential analysis of the mitochondrial gene cytochrome b indicates the presence of a single line (L I) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The territories of Croatia and Russia have been found to comprise considerably different lines, L II and L V respectively, which could be considered to be different on the species level. A phylogram constructed using four different statistical methods (NJ/MP/ML/BI) divided the specimens under study into five monophyletic groups, most of which showed heavy bootstrap supports and posterior probabilities: L I (A. bipunctatus, France, Czech Rep., Slovakia), L II (Alburnoides sp., Croatia), L III (A. bipunctatus ohridanus, adopted from GenBank database, Greece), L IV (A. bipunctatus strymonicus, the subspecific name from GenBank database, Greece), and L V (Alburnoides sp., Russia).
