AnnotationA new polymeric drug delivery system designed for combined local chemoradiotherapy using injectable thermoresponsive polymer bearing the radionuclide and the hydrophobic moiety doxorubicin was synthesized and characterized. Doxorubicin is bound to the polymer carrier by a hydrolytically labile N-glycosylamine bond.
