AnnotationBy means of an optical diffraction sensor (DOE) and ellipsometry we investigated the influence of morphology and surface roughness of titanium samples on the adsorption of human blood plasma fibrinogen (HPF) and oligodeocynucleotides (ODN). We investigated optical parameters of the surface of titanium samples in a buffer solution and the change of optical parameters after the addition of fibrinogen and/or oligodeoxynucleotide to the buffer.
