Annotation
Zinc accumulation in spinach biomass and Zn-binding forms in above ground biomass were investigated on Fluvisols treated by sewage sludge in model pot experiment. For sequential analysis of dry biomass five solvents were used. Content of Zn was determined in all fractions.
