Annotation
Proteins in ejacilated human and boar spermatozoa were studied using monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). Western blot analysis of human and boar SDS- and criton X 100-sperm extracts with our mouse monoclonal antibody Hs-14 to human soserm revealed reactions of the antibody with p 220 (220kDa), p 110 (110 kDa), p95-97 kDa protein band as A kinse anchoring protein (AKAP) and 55 kDa protein and as beta tubulin.
