Annotation	Vzorky odebrané v rámci restaurátorských zásahů byly analyzovány metodami elektronové mikroanalýzy a RTG-difrakční analýzy. Interpretace výsledků přispěly k identifikaci původních vrstev, procesů následných změn a k volbě postupu restaurování.
Description in English	When restoring historical paintings and sculptures, some removed fragments have been measured using electron microanalysis and X-ray diffraction methods. Results obtained from this material research were used to identify the original ground and painting layers and to choose the suitable restoration procedure.
