    AnnotationInorganic and organic tin and indium based thin films were created by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) on special alumina chips by KrF excimer laser. Influence of dopants and catalysts was studied. Sensitive of Sn-based layers to hydrogen, methanol, ethanol, .I.n-propanol and ./I.n-buthanol was measured.
