Pozornost je věnována perzistenci a kumulaci toxinů ve vodním ekosystému Description in English Paper give an overview of all kind of cyanobacterial toxins, their chemical nature, toxicological properties and alternatives for the detection of particular toxins. Describe clinical, phyziological and hitopathological effects of hepatotoxins, neurotoxins, dermatotoxins, immunotoxins, cytotoxins, neurotoxins, alergens, embryotoxins etc. Effect on zooplankton, phytoplankton, fishes and other water biota describe in ecosystem level. The comparison of effect on the ecosystem level is compared with those of laboratory work. Special interest is focussed on the persistence of hepatotoxins in aquatic ecosystems and bioaccumulation in aquatic food wed.
