Zjednodušeně se zabývám principem polarizace a co vlastně polarizace 129 Xe znamená v praxi, jak se jí dosáhne. Dále se zmiňuji o některých přístrojích a přípravcích, které budou použity při experimentu, použitých materiálech a technických parametrech. V posledním odstavci se věnuji variantě průběhu experimentu. Description in English Polarization process of xenon 129 and its possible use in analytical NMR method and MRI, dealing with polarization in general is described in this article. Some devices and reparations technical parameters will be mentioned. Possible way of experiment is presented in the last paragraph.
