    AnnotationTranscriptional patterns were characterized for the Corynebacterium glutamicum groEL2 gene and the groES-groEL1 and dnaK operons coding for heat-shock proteins. The regulatory regions of these genes were found and participation of alternative sigma factor in transcription of dnaK operon was suggested.
