Among various non-ionic detergents tested, Brij58 appeared to be the most convenient choice. We used baclofen-stimulated [35S]GTPγS binding study or measurement of high-affinity [γ32P]GTPase activity as valuable tools for assessment of direct functional coupling between the GABAB receptors and their cognate Gi proteins Workplace Institute of Physiology Contact Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Year of Publishing 2008
