Annotation	Using CD and absorption spectroscopy and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, we studied conformational properties of (CCG)n/(CGG)n trinucleotide repeats associated with the fragile X chromosome, of (CAG)n connected with Huntington's chorea, and of permuted analogues (GAC)n.
