AnnotationA multi-channel surface plasmon resonance biosensor for direct label-free detection of antibody against human Epstein-Barr virus was reported. The detection of anti-EBNA was based on the immunoreaction between anti-EBNA and a short synthetic peptide immobilized on the sensor surface. Three immobilization methods for the attachment of EBNA-1 onto gold sensor surface were investigated. The resulting SPR biosensor was evaluated in terms of the detection limit, reproducibility, regenerability and storability.
