Pokud jde o shodnost genotypů S. mutans mezi rodiči a dětmi z evropských studií, pak se týkala ve více než 70 % páru matka a dítě. U rodičovských párů byly nalezeny homologní klony S.mutans pouze v 10 až 15 %. Děti s vyšší kazivostí dočasného chrupu měly v ústech více genotypů S. mutans než děti s kazivostí malou nebo s intaktním chrupem Description in English The paper summarizes the results of studies dealing with genetic conformity of S. mutans between children and their parents or between parents. In cases of European groups, there was conformity of S.mutans genotype between the parent and child, it proved to concern the mother and child pair in 70 % of cases. Homologous clones of S.mutans were found in 10 to 15 % of the parents’ pairs only.
