The data were processed by Carlo RIVA (Politecnico di Milano, Milano, Italy), Parshotam SHARMA (Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India), Ondrej FIŠER (IAP AS CR, Praha, Czech Republic) and Vaclav KVICERA (TESTCOM, Praha,Czech Republic). Significantly differing results were obtained and described in this contribution. It was shown that the results strongly depend on the methodology of rain intensity data processing. The goal of the further work would be undertake a comprehensive research in this area focused on a proposal of a unified processing of data obtained from tipping-bucket raingauges.
