    AnnotationPolyimide thin films were prepared by vacuum co-evaporation of pyromellitic dianhydride and oxydianiline. The post-deposition thermal treatment made the degree of imidization higher than 40 %. Shape of the density-of-states function, determined by temperature – modulated spectroscopy of space-charge-limited currents, was exponential with a characteristic temperature of 2244 K.
