    AnnotationThe growth of bicrystals containing high-energy grain boundaries is documented by the 45˚[100]{0kl}symmetrical interface in an Fe-Si base alloy. During the bicrystal growth by the floating zone technique, this general grain boundary tends to rotate along the sample axis thus changing its original orientation into an energically more advantageous one.
