Kultivace mesenchymálních buněk v kombinaci s trehalózou zlepšuje terapeutické vlastnosti lyofilizovaného kondiciovaného média z nich vytvořeného pro léčení zánětlivých a degenerativních onemocnění a zároveň zabraňuje denaturaci a inaktivaci proteinů v lyofilizovaném produktu. Tento účinek se přičítá tomu, že trehalóza je během kultivace přijímána buňkami endocytózou, což ovlivňuje vlastnosti buněk kultivovaných v médiu s trehalózou a tyto buňky produkují médium s lepšími antioxidačními a protizánětlivými faktory. Zároveň může trehalóza přítomná v kondiciovaném médiu plnit protektivní funkci pro proteiny a další složky. Podstata lyofilizovaného přípravku k léčení zánětlivých a degenerativních onemocnění podle tohoto technického řešení spočívá v tom, že sestává z lyofilizovaného kultivačního média, to znamená ze složek kultivačního média zbavených vody lyofilizací, a sekrečních produktů.

Cultivation of mesenchymal cells in combination with trehalose improves the therapeutic properties of lyophilized conditioned media derived from them for the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases and simultaneously prevents denaturation and inactivation of proteins in the lyophilized product. This effect is probably due to the fact that trehalose is taken up by cell endocytosis during cultivation, which affects the properties of cells cultured with trehalose and these cells produce a medium with better antioxidant and anti-inflammatory factors. Trehalose present in the conditioned medium may also have a protective function for proteins and other media components. The preparation for the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases according to the present technical solution consists of a lyophilized culture medium, i.e., components of the culture medium and secretory products free of water.
