Článek se zabývá tzv. mezopotamskými spory a předkládá přehled stávajících představitelů tohoto literárního žánru. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována teprve relativně nedávno rekonstruovanému textu akkadského sporu, který je znám pod názvem "Tamaryšek a datlová palma". Článek představuje jeho první český překlad doplněný komentářem a bibliografickými poznámkami.
The present article deals with the Mesopotamian debate poems. It gives the general survey of the existing Sumerian and Akkadian representatives of the above mentioned literary genre. The special attention is paid to the relatively recently reconstructed text of the Akkadian debate poem known under the title "Tamarisk and the Date Palm". The article presents its first Czech translation along with the commentary and exhaustive bibliographical notes.
