    New method for SPE-SFE extraction of phenolic compounds, using SPE cartridges inserted directly into SFE extraction cell, was developed. Cyclic addition of binary extraction solvent system based on methanol:water (1:1, v/v) was used for extraction at 40MPa and 80 ◦C. The efficiency of the method was tested on major groups of phenolic compounds like benzoic acid derivatives, hydroxybenzaldehydes and cinnamic acid derivatives. The p-hydroxybenzoic, protocatechic, vanillic, syringic, caffeic and chlorogenic acid; 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde were identified by HPLC-electrospray mass spectrometry in SPE/SFE extracts of acid hydrolyzates of microalga (Spongiochloris spongiosa) and cyanobacterial strains (Spirulina platensis, Anabaena doliolum, Nostoc sp., and Cylindrospermum sp.)

    Byla vyvinuta nová metoda kombinující extrakci kapalinou v superkritickém stavu s extrakcí na pevné fázi (SPE-SFE). Pro extrakci jsme používali opakovaný přídavek směsi metanol/voda (1:1, v/v) při tlaku 40MPa a teplotě 80 ◦C. Účinnost metody byla ověřena na hlavních skupinách fenolických látek typu derivátů benzoové a cinamové kyseliny a hydroxybenzaldehydů. Mezi identifikované látky v řase (Spongiochloris spongiosa) a sinicích (Spirulina platensis, Anabaena doliolum, Nostoc sp., and Cylindrospermum sp.) patřila kyselina p-hydroxybenzoová, protokatechová, vanilová, syringová, kávová a chlorogenová, dále pak 4-hydroxybenzaldehyd a 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyd
