AnnotationCharge transport in PrYCaCoO3 thin films was studied experimentally by terahertz and infrared spectroscopies and by microwave and dc conductivity measurements. The metal- insulator transition is clearly visible in the terahertz conductivity, whereas the observed temperature dependence of the dc conductivity is limited by inter-grain charge transport.
