AnnotationIn this work we solve the kinetic equations to determine the size distribution of nuclei in small Ni droplets. In smaller systems one needs higher supercooling to occur formation of nuclei. In that case depletion of Ni droplet due to phase transformation caused that the number of nuclei, F, as a function of time reaches some maximum value. Time dependence of F differs from classical nucleation model, when the stationary state is reached after some time delay.
