Text je komentářem k novému zákon o preventivních restrukturalizacích, který do českého práva transponuje směrnici č. 2019/1023. Text rozebírá nejen otázky aplikace nového zákona, ale také vysvětluje jeho propojení s českým civilním, insolvenčním a korporačním právem. Současně zkoumá možné střety s právem evropským, a to i ve srovnání se zahraničními právními úpravami.

The text is a commentary on the new Preventive Restructuring Act, which transposes Directive 2019/1023 into Czech law. The text not only discusses the application of the new Act, but also explains its interconnection with Czech civil, insolvency and corporate law. At the same time, it examines possible conflicts with European law, including in comparison with foreign legislation.
