Annotation
Přemýšlíme-li o právu, vidíme mnoho jeho vrstev a četné projevy. Stejně tak pozorujeme nejeden způsob narušování právního systému. Rozdílně od Německa nebo Číny náš právní řád trestný čin ohýbání práva nezná. V českém prostředí s tímto pojmem pracuje obecný jazyk a žurnalistika. Mělo by to tak zůstat. K postihu „ohýbání“ zákona stačí důsledné využití stávajících právních nástrojů. Nadbytečným vršením slov v zákonech funkci práva nenaplníme.

When we think about law, we see many layers and many manifestations. Likewise, we see many ways in which the legal system is being undermined. Unlike Germany or China, our legal system does not have the crime of bending the law. In the Czech environment, general language and journalism work with this concept. It should remain so. Consistent use of existing legal instruments is sufficient to punish “bending“ the law. The function of the law is not fulfilled by superfluous addition of words in the law.
