Zaměstnancům je podle principů úrazového pojištění poskytována komplexní následná péče, která vede k rychlému a úspěšnému zařazení postiženého zaměstnance do pracovního procesu. Description in English The article deals with the issues of occupational rehabilitation after an accident at work and after the diagnosis of occupational disease. Employees are provided with comprehensive after-care according to the principles of accident insurance, which leads to quick and successful placement of the disabled employee into the work process.
