Pro určení chemického složení vybraných esenciálních olejů Lavandula species, Cymbopogon nardus, Citrus aurantifolia, Juniperus communis, Myrtus communis and Cinnamomum zeylancium byla použita technika plynové chromatografie v kombinaci s hmotnostní spektrometrií (Agilent, 7890-A, 5975C). Pro stanovení těkavosti jednotlivých složek byly esenciální oleje umístěny do difúzní cely temperované na konstantní teplotu 20°C. Těkavé složky byly odváděny do WED denuderu a zachyceny v tenké vrstvě n-heptanu. Takto získaný koncentrát byl odebírán v pravidelných časových intervalech a analyzován. Description in English Essential oils are mixtures of volatile compounds and oily consistency, made from more than 50 components. Chemical composition of chosen essential oils of Lavandula species, Cymbopogon nardus, Citrus aurantifolia, Juniperus communis, Myrtus communis and Cinnamomum zeylancium was determined using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectroscopy (Agilent, 7890-A, 5975C). Essential oils were placed in a thermostated dissusion cell (20°C). Volatile components were took away to the WED denuder and captured into the thin film of n-heptane. Obtained concentrate was collected in regular time intervals and analysed.
