AnnotationExperiments were designed for utilization of DC-based cancer vaccines to bypass the lack of efficient tumour antigen presentation on mature DCs by direct loading of DCs with oncoproteins .I.in vitro./I.. The results suggests that the activating and co-stimulatory signals delivered by oncoprotein-pulsed antigen presenting cells should be considered in the construction of vaccines for treatment of human HPV16-associated carcinomas.
