    Our data demonstrate that xanomeline functions as wash-resistant agonist of M2 and M4 muscarinic receptors in rat brain cortex and striatum, respectively. Orthosteric binding site is not necessary for wash-resistant binding but for effect of xanomeline

    Naše data demonstrují, že xanomelin v mozkové kůře a striatu potkana funguje jako neodmyvatelný M2 a M4 agonista. Ortosterické vazebné místo není potřeba pro vytvoření neodmyvatelné vazby, ale je potřeba pro vlastní účinek xanomelinu
