    AnnotationThe dataset contains the source files associated with Figs. 1 and 4 of the manuscript published in Beilstein Journal of Nanotechnology, and Figs. S3 and S4 of the Supporting Information for this manuscript, i.e., original microscope images of the laser-produced nanoparticles reported in the manuscript as well as data (laser beam profiles, nanoparticle size distrubution, XRD patterns of the target and nanoparticles) from which graphs in the manuscript were plotted.
