Description in English A set of primary data on climatic characteristics and tropospheric ozone fluxes in a mountain spruce forest in 2017-2020 and their separation into stomatal and non-stomatal fluxes. The dataset includes output data from the MEGAN model, which show isoprene and monoterpene fluxes. This is the primary input data for the publication Juráň et al.
