In the work, it is briefly shown that the Neutron Depth Profiling method is a very suitable tool for the analysis of thin Li batteries with a solid electrolyte, allowing the measurement of Li distribution using different (1D, 2D and 3D) options and the monitoring of dynamic processes in batteries in real time.
