Za účelem ochrany archeologického dědictví je každý stavebník provádějící činnost v území s archeologickými nálezy povinen tuto činnost ohlásit archeologickému ústavu a umožnit provedení záchranného archeologického výzkumu. Tyto povinnosti však nejsou plněny tak, aby byla zabezpečena dostatečná ochrana archeologického dědictví. Příspěvek představuje základní východiska a cíle projektu.

In order to protect the archaeological heritage, every builder carrying out activities in the area with archaeological finds is obliged to report this activity to the archaeological institute and enable rescue archaeological research to be carried out. However, these obligations are not fulfilled in such a way as to ensure sufficient protection of the archaeological heritage. The paper presents the basic starting points and goals of the project.
