AnnotationThis work focused on developing a highly efficient CE-based method for monitoring changes in the liquid cultivation media during the growth of cyanobacterium Nostoc sp. under sterile and defined conditions. Developing this type of approach, we can monitor changes in the liquid media after the growth of cyanobacteria in the future, e.g., in the presence of plant growth regulators or stressors.
