Studie je věnován problematice právních kodifikací českého krále Karla IV. a polského krále Kazimíra III. Velikého z hlediska jejich reglementace sexuální morální v podobě trestání zločinů únosu a znásilnění.

The study is devoted to the issue of legal codifications of the Bohemian king Charles IV and the Polish king Casimir III the Great from the per-spective of their sexual moral regulation in the form of punishment for the crimes of kidnapping and rape.
