Three models of spin fluctuations in antiferromagnetic CuMnAs alloy were studied theoretically by means of ab initio relativistic electronic structure calculations with a focus on electrical resistivity at finite temperatures. A saturation or a decrease of the resistivity for temperature above 400 K was obtained and explained by changes in the electronic structure.
